Kährs new management team and new organizational structure in place to support profitable growth closer to each business segment
To be able to support and develop the two main business segments, Residential and Commercial buildings, Kährs shapes a new Group management team and organizational structure to support profitable growth closer to each business segment.
Kährs has a solid and proven business platform with significant potential to further deliver profitable growth. Kährs business model is based on two strong business segments, Residential and Commercial. Residential as the core segment with focus on Europe, North America and selected Emerging markets plus the Commercial segment with Healthcare & Education as niche in the Nordics, in USA and in Germany plus Commercial buildings as a growth potential in the Nordics.
Kährs Management Team
- Sara Olofsson, new CCO for Kährs commercial business segment, including the sub-segments Healthcare & Education, Office, Hospitality, and shop fitting into Retail stores.
The category management, technical support, operations, and supply chain for Resilient floors and accessories, with a center of excellence in Ikaalinen in Finland will be organized under the business segment Commercial, reporting to the new CCO Commercial, that reports to the group CEO.
- Carl-Henrik Stenermark, new COO for Operations & Supply chain within Kährs Group.
The operations in Nybro and Blomstermåla in Sweden, Satulung in Romania, and Bialosliwie in Poland plus all external supply for wooden floors, luxury vinyl tiles, hybrid floors and accessories will be organized under the COO, reporting to the Group CEO.
- Alexei Pechorin, CCO Emerging markets will take over the whole responsibility for all functions for our Russian operations to secure the planned divestment of Kährs entity in Russia, as announced in August 2022.
The operations and supply from Kährs Russian unit in Maklino will be organized directly under the CCO Emerging Markets and MD of Kährs business in Russia, reporting to the group CEO.
The new management team and the new organizational structure will be valid from November 1st, 2022.
