Kährs has a solid and proven business platform with significant potential to further deliver profitable growth. Kährs business model is based on two strong business segments, Residential and Commercial. Residential as the core segment with focus on Europe, North America and selected Emerging markets plus the Commercial segment with Healthcare & Education as niche in the Nordics, in USA and in Germany plus Commercial buildings as a growth potential in the Nordics.
To be able to support and develop the two main business segments, Residential and Commercial buildings; Kährs shapes a new operational organization to support profitable growth closer to each business segment.
The new organization structure will be valid from November 1st, 2022.
Carl-Henrik Stenermark, MSc Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Wood production and operational leadership, has been appointed as new COO for Operations & Supply chain within Kährs group. The responsibility covering all Kährs own produced wooden based products and external sourcing of all products within the Residential segment. Carl-Henrik today acting as plant manager for Kährs entities in Nybro and Blomstermåla in Sweden. Carl-Henrik has previous experience in senior roles at Gunnebo Industries and at IKEA Industries.
Carl-Henrik has a broad leadership experience in the wooden industry and a solid experience within operational excellency. Experiences that is key for Kährs in the transformation of Kährs operations and supply chain to support Kährs value proposition to customers.
Carl-Henrik will start his new position November 1st, 2022.

Samuel Dalén, today COO, has decided to leave Kährs after 13 years of service in various positions within Kährs Group to another position outside the company.
