Group Management
In addition to the President and CEO, Group management consists of the managers of the four customer segments and four Group staff managers. Group management holds monthly meetings led by the CEO. These meetings follow a set agenda and are documented in minutes. Group management conducts the ongoing financial and commercial administration and review of the Group’s activities. Group management also works continuously to adjust the strategy and adapt the operations to steer towards the set objectives.
The members of Group management are presented below, with details of their responsibilities, education, the year in which they were recruited to the Kährs Group and previous employments.

Johan Magnusson Johan joined Kährs Group and the Group Management in 2019 Prior to joining Kährs he was Managing Director at Owens Corning & Senior Vice President of Paroc Technical Insulation and he has previously held senior positions within Assa Abloy, Ruukki, Swedoor and Hilding Anders. Holds a MSc in Business Administration, Växjö University.

Sara Olofsson Member of the Group Management since 2022. Responsible for Group sales and supply of products within the Commercial segment. Has broad experience as a leader in project business including change management, business development and marketing. Also has experience in sustainability and digitalization, throughout the entire value chain. Before joining Kährs in 2022, Sara most recently held the role of Service & Software Manager at Hilti and has experience from other senior roles within Hilti and Lantmännen. Holds a MSc Eng Industrial Engineering & Management, Faculty of EngineeringLTH, Lund University. |

Johan Lundgren Member of the Group Management since 2021. Responsible for developing Kährs Group’s sales in the Residential segment in the Nordics. Johan has broad experience in developing sales channels & go-to-market models in the Nordic. Before joining Kährs in 2021 he held the position as Commercial Director at Akzo Nobel in the Nordics and has previous experience in senior sales and marketing roles from Dell and Mintel. Holds a MBA, Jönköping University. |

Robert Bieger Member of the Group Management during 2008-2018 and from 2021. Responsible for developing Kährs Group’s sales in the Residential segment on the western and southern European market. He has experience from senior positions in Central Europe with focus on sales, marketing and developing business models in several markets. Has held various positions since joining Kährs Group in 1994. Previous experience from Jockey, Schwab, Everwood, Schlotterer. Holds a MBA, Chamber of Commerce/University Reutlingen. |

Sean Brennan Member of the Group Management since 2021 & President of the US organization. Directly responsible for developing sales in the Residential segment across the Americas. Held various positions in Kährs International since joining in 2002 covering operations, finance, sales & business development. Has previous experience working at Callan Associates, Certified Group. MBA from the University of Florida & undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University. |

Charlotta Persfell Member of the Group Management since 2019. Responsible for Group marketing activities such as strategic brand development, communication, product development and design. Also responsible for Online sales. Charlotta has experience in marketing, brand development, sales and digital transformation. She most recently held the position as Vice President Sales at Perstorp Group and has previously worked at Unilever with brand building and as Country Manager in Norway. Charlotta joined Kährs Group 2019. Holds a MSc in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Economics, Åbo Akademi. |

Andreas Larsson Andreas joined Kährs Group and the Group Management in 2020. Prior to joining Kährs, Andresa was CFO at Haldex and has extensive experience through several senior positions in finance and business controlling at companies as Heatex, where he was CFO, and from Assa Abloy and Cardo. Holds a BSc, Business Administration, University of Lund. |

Jonas Bäck Member of the Group Management during 2013-2016 (Business Development 2013-2014, CFO 2015-2016) and from 2019. Responsible for M&A, operational support and strategic group projects. Has experience from various positions with focus to develop and improve business performance and to strengthen market position. Jonas has during his employment in Kährs Group held the positions as Business Development, CFO and Business Control. Prior joining Kährs Group, Jonas held positions within finance and business control in Hilding Anders, E.ON AG and Getinge Group. Holds a BSc in Business Administration, University of Lund. |

Member of the Group Management since 2022. Responsible for the Group's product supply and logistics within the business segment Residential. Has extensive experience in production management and business development through leading positions in manufacturing companies, primarily in the wood industry. Carl-Henrik started at Kährs in 2020 as site manager for the Swedish operations and has previous experience from leading positions in companies as Gunnebo Industries, where he was Head of Operations, and from Swedwood. Holds a MSc Mechanical Engineering, Wood Science, Linköpings Tekniska Högskola.
